Products

We take great care to ensure all product descriptions, images, colours, pricing, and details are accurate. However, slight variations may occur due to:

• Handcrafted production methods
• Fabric placement and pattern positioning
• Screen and device display settings
• Natural variations in handmade items

Many of our products are handcrafted and made in small batches. As a result, slight variations in embroidery, smocking, crochet work, fabric placement, or finishing details may occur. These variations are not considered faults and contribute to the unique character of each piece.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors that may occur on our website.

Orders

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including in circumstances involving pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or product availability issues.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.

Payments

We accept approved payment methods displayed at checkout.

Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received and authorised.

All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers.

Custom Orders

Custom and personalised orders are created specifically to customer requirements.

By confirming a custom order, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Production will commence only after design details have been confirmed.
• Timeframes provided are estimates only.
• Changes may not be possible once production has commenced.
• Custom orders are final sale.
• Custom orders are not eligible for refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credit unless the item is faulty.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all sizing, measurements, spelling, names, and design details provided are accurate at the time of ordering.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Photographs and a description of the issue may be required to assist with assessment.

Items will be assessed in accordance with applicable Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing within these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies rights that consumers may have under Australian Consumer Law.
