Newborn to size 10 depending on design and please refer to size charts with individual designs
My child is between sizes. What size should I choose?
If your child is between sizes or you prefer a longer-lasting fit, we recommend sizing up.
Do all styles fit the same?
While we strive for consistency across our collections, some styles may fit differently depending on the design. Any specific sizing recommendations will be noted in the product description.
Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer FREE standard shipping Australia-wide on orders over $150 AUD.
How much is shipping for orders under $150?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently unavailable.
Will I receive tracking information?
Absolutely. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery times
How long will my order take to be made?
Many of our pieces are handcrafted or made in small batches. Standard processing times are generally 2–4 weeks unless otherwise stated.
Do you have ready-to-ship items?
Yes. Ready-to-ship items will be clearly marked and are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days.
Can I request a rush order?
If you require an item for a special occasion, please contact us before ordering. We will do our best to accommodate your request where possible, however rush orders cannot always be guaranteed. Please select Expressed post.
Custom orders
Do you offer custom orders?
Soon we will offer this service but not right now. We love creating special pieces for your little ones and welcome custom order enquiries where possible very soon.
How do I place a custom order?
Please contact us via our website or email with details of your request, including sizing, colours, inspiration photos, and event dates.
How long do custom orders take?
Custom order timeframes vary depending on the complexity of the design and current workload. An estimated completion date will be provided before your order is confirmed.
Can custom orders be returned?
No. Due to the personalised nature of custom-made items, all custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
